CARE NAVIGATOR

Healthcare has become complicated involving many disciplines; i.e. GP, A&E, 111, Physio, Link Workers, Pharmacists, NHS Choices etc. and due to increasing and changing demand we need to develop our reception staff to ensure that our patients receive the correct care from the right professional.

Our reception staff are helping us to ensure that patients are directed to the right person at the right time in the right place. To achieve this our staff will ask everyone why they want to see the doctor, nurse or health care assistant. Our reception staff are receiving training for this directional role and we hope that all our patients will support us in this change; which will benefit us all. Dr Solway
